🛡️ Warranty / Guarantee Coverage

VPGRASSY products come with a quality assurance guarantee which ensures:

• You receive the correct, sealed, and fresh product

• No damaged, defective, or tampered product is delivered

• Product quality remains intact till its expiry date (if stored as instructed)

❌ What is NOT Covered

Since VPGRASSY deals in consumable / topical use products (tablets, syrups, capsules, gel, creams, oils etc.), traditional product warranty does not apply.
The following are not covered:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence

• Reaction due to personal body condition (as every individual body is different)

• Products not purchased directly from VPGRASSY or its official partners

🔄 Replacement / Return Under Guarantee

We will replace or assist in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product damaged in transit

• Product received in leaked/tampered condition

• Expired or near-expiry product mistakenly delivered

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Product photos/videos

• Issue details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

This Warranty & Guarantee policy is governed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
